April 13, 2022 Jewett Town Board Meeting

The April 13th Town Board Meeting included a public hearing on Resolution #9. The agenda and notice of the public hearing were not posted on the town website, not posted on the town bulletin board, and I was not able to find it advertised in the local paper. The minutes from the March Town Board Meeting, if you wished to reference them, are still not posted on the website as of today, Saturday April 16th and I was not furnished a draft copy upon request to make them available to you yet. A vote did not occur on resolution #9 at this meeting. Public comments were not offered at the hearing - it is reasonable to expect limited public comment if the public is not informed and put on the spot. If you have questions, concerns or comments about it, I encourage you to reach out to all of the town board members prior to the May meeting.
